Our standard flat rate shipping within Australia is $10.50.  

Spend $150.00 and your order will be shipped absolutely free of charge anywhere in Australia.  

There are some items that are so special we can only offer them to you with an additional shipping charge or store pick-up only.

Postage and Handling//

Frankie Upstairs uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

We’ll send you a tracking number so you’ll know exactly where your parcel is at any time.



Your parcel will generally be delivered Monday – Friday (Public Holidays excepted).  Generally, deliveries take 2 – 5 days but may take up to 10 days if you are a little more remote.

If there is no-one available to receive your parcel our Postie will leave a card with collection information.  The parcel can then be picked up at your local Post Office during normal opening hours.

Frankie’s Tip – have your parcel delivered to the address you are most likely to be at during the week.


Returns and replacements//

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.  Please email to us at [email protected] within 7 days and quote your order number and reason for returning the item.  We’ll issue you with a Return Authorization Number to record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us.

The returned item must be in new, unused, unmarked, saleable condition and in the original packaging.  Any postage/shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid for you, but Frankie Upstairs will pay for the delivery of the replacement to you.


Damaged Items//

We triple check every item before it leaves Frankie Upstairs to make its way to you.  However, should something unforeseen happen between our place and yours please contact us as soon as you receive your item so that we can discuss return.


Sale Purchases//

Please choose carefully as all sale items are final.  No returns, exchanges or cancellations will be permitted.  However, your statutory rights are not affected

Stock Availability                                                                       
ometimes (but hardly ever) your requested product may be unavailable or temporarily out of stock.  We will contact you immediately if this is the case and refund you any payments made.

We will always contact you if there is a problem.

Frankie Upstairs holds the right to cancel orders before goods are dispatched for delivery.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions//

We try really hard to make sure everything is up to date and accurate on the website.  

However, sometimes errors occur relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate  at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).


Information and Security//

You’ll never need to worry about the security of your personal details or payment.  We wouldn’t dream of sharing your personal information with anyone and your payments are made safe in the knowledge that they are secure.
